This blend is designed to help you kick stress to the curb and wake up your productivity. Bergamot balances all of the citrus in this blend by adding a floral undertone. Diffuse this to start your day off on a refreshing note.
Stress Free blend contains: Lemon, Lime, Grapefruit, Orange, and Bergamot.
Add 4-5 drops to your Essential Oil Diffuser or you can also add a drop to your lava bead in your aromatherapy necklace or aromatherapy bracelet then breathe deeply.
Cautions: DO NOT DRINK essential oils. Dilute before use; may cause skin irritation in some individuals, so a skin test is recommended prior to use. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children. For best results Diffuse or use topically with a carrier oil. Old or oxidized oils should be avoided.
Storage: Use amber or cobalt glass bottles, avoid heat and light.
